Everything is so perfect with its perfect ambience, stunning views, and delicious food. The staff, especially Ms. Sarika, goes above and beyond to assist you with anything you need… I would definitely recommend everyone to stay here once atleast… best hotel

We were a group of 9 and we stayed at Ramada from 3rd April to 6 April 2024.The rooms and bathrooms were good but needed some maintainence.
Breakfast and dinner was good Service was excellent. Sarika at the reception was very courteous , helpful and prompt.
During breakfast and dinner Soni was extremely good to serve us. She took very good care of all us. Menu for breakfast and dinner was repetitive. Overall it was a comfortable stay.. One of the best Hotels in kasauli..

The food was really awesome. 👌The property is very beautiful. Chef Kuldeep Sharma and Ramesh Joshi served us with some delicious dishes. Soni Joshi, Shubham and the entire service team was very courteous and made our experience even better. The view from the balcony was picturesque..
